Bev (my wife) and I went to look at a house that was up for auction (it was way above our price range - but still we could dream). When we got inside it was perfect, it had tons of space for us, for a business and for my daughter to play. It had 180o views of the ocean and I fell in love with it.
We decided to put in a low offer and see what happened, after a bit of haggling the owner accepted a second low offer and took it off the market! We had our $1 million house (costing a lot less to us) and now we had to get the money together within 2 weeks!
